Abbeyfeale Town Park.

Abbeyfeale Town Park is a multi-award winning and International Green Flag accredited 30 acre recreational green space on the banks of the River Feale just on the outskirts of Abbeyfeale Town in Co Limerick. The Town Park has meandering walkways adjacent to the river which takes in idyllic views of the surrounding countryside. Also included is an Outdoor Gym, Summer Sensory Garden, Woodland area, Pond area, two Children’s Playgrounds, a very popular All-Weather Mini-Pitch, a Picnic Area and Public Facilities.

Resurfacing of Walkways 2020

The resurfacing of almost 2km of walkways within Abbeyfeale Town Park in late 2020 was the result of successful collaboration between Abbeyfeale Town Park Committee, CE Scheme workers, Abbeyfeale Community Council, Local County Councillors and Limerick City & County Council. Funding for this Project was achieved via the 2020 Town and Village Renewal Scheme.
